To make your journey from interest to booking as quick and simple as possible, we’ve compiled a list of our clients’ most frequently asked questions – and most importantly, the answers! If you have a question that this page doesn’t answer, please get in touch, and we’ll be very happy to help.

How can I pay?
BACS only
How long does the tricycles take to set up and take down?
We'll need access to your venue at least 1 hour before your event start time and 1 hour to take down and clear up at the end of your hire.
Can the tricycle be taken upstairs?
Yes
Do you travel to venues outside of London?
Yes. There is an additional charge of 50p per mile to cover the fuel cost to and from your venue.
Can I hire the tricycle for more than 3 hours?
Yes. For an additional charge of £100 per hour you can extend the hire period for as long as you wish.
Can I use the tricycle outdoors?
Yes. You will need a level surface, and in case of rain, you may need to provide a marquee.
What are idle hours?
Any time the tricycle is set up but not being used are referred to as idle hours. For example, if the tricycle needs to be set up for 6pm but not operational until 9pm then this will mean 3 idle hours. Idle hours are charged at £100 per hour.
